Zahraa has amassed a wealth of experience and is deeply committed to bettering the lives of her clients. She has an innate ability to translate the complexities of the law into an easy-to-understand format for the client, thereby easing their concerns.
Zahraa appreciates the financial and emotional strain that litigation can have on client’s lives and therefore has a strong commitment to conflict resolution through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
In matters where litigation is unavoidable, Zahraa’s energetic and confident nature has made her a strong and well-respected litigator among colleagues, the Courts and the greater community.
Zahraa has represented clients from all walks of life and appreciates that no two matters are ever identical as every client has different concerns, priorities and expectations.
Zahraa is also an accredited Family Law Dispute Resolution Practitioner. Her passion for Mediation came after her extensive experience working with individuals who found themselves exhausted trying to navigate the family law system as parties were often left feeling jaded and depleted both emotionally and financially. She believes in the efficacy of Mediation to allow parties to settle their matters as amicably and expeditiously as possible whilst still maintaining their autonomy.
Zahraa has an empathetic but confident approach with a commitment where suitable to resolution. She will guide the parties through the mediation process and will provide an evaluative analysis of the issues in dispute and the likely outcome should the matter require judicial intervention. This allows the parties to make an informed decision about the resolution of their matter without having to endure the financial and emotional costs of court proceedings.
